MFA LTD provides scam recovery services on a contingency basis. This means:

• No upfront fees are required for case evaluation
• Fees are only charged upon successful recovery of funds
• Our standard fee is 10-20% of recovered amounts (subject to agreement)
• All fees will be clearly communicated before engagement

3. Client Obligations

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your case
• Cooperate fully with our investigation process
• Provide all necessary documentation in a timely manner
• Not engage other recovery services for the same case while working with us

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information. Your case details will only be shared with relevant authorities and institutions necessary for the recovery process, and only with your explicit consent.

5. No Guarantees

While we have a high success rate, we cannot guarantee the recovery of funds in every case. Success depends on various factors including the type of scam, time elapsed, and cooperation from financial institutions.

6. Limitation of Liability

MFA LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or inability to recover funds.
